Tracey Lang

With a passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference in their financial well-being, Tracey co-founded Lang Capital with her husband, Pete, in 2001. Over the years, she has played an integral role in shaping the firm and helping build the foundation for its continued growth. She has worn many hats along the way—from supporting business operations and organizing client events to building the firm’s marketing efforts from the ground up and helping shape the culture that remains central to Lang Capital today.

Today, Tracey focuses on operations and human resources while continuing to appreciate the strong relationships the Lang Capital team has built with clients, many of whom have become like family over the years.

Before co-founding Lang Capital, Tracey worked in healthcare consulting for a “Big Eight” accounting firm. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Tracey and Pete live in Bluffton, South Carolina, and have three children, Matt, Jake, and Kristen, as well as several grandchildren. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family.
