Vonda Flanagan

Vonda has been an integral part of Lang Capital since the firm’s beginning in 2001. As one of the team’s longest-tenured members, she has helped establish and refine many of the firm’s operational procedures and processes, bringing valuable institutional knowledge and continuity to the team.

Today, Vonda works closely with the advisory team to implement investment strategies and ensure portfolios are managed according to the approach and instructions established by the advisors. Her attention to detail, consistency, and deep understanding of the firm’s operations make her an essential part of the investment process.

Before joining Lang Capital, Vonda worked in the real estate and mortgage industries, developing a strong foundation in financial processes and a keen eye for detail. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Alabama.

Vonda and her husband, John, reside in Oriental, North Carolina. They have two adult sons, David and Ben, and a grandson, Forrest. Outside of work, Vonda enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, fishing, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
